Wow, I can’t say enough about how beautifully Dream led last week’s death meditation. She asked us, “What matters most in this life? In what ways did you spend your time well, and in what ways do you wish you’d spent it differently? Where have you blocked love and joy in your life, and where have you let it in?” It was a super powerful experience that I was honored to bring to those who joined us. After this experience, I put my programming on pause for a month; I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that my own experience in the meditation drew me to my family.
